Abdulnasir Umar Hamman, Sardaunan Njoboliyo, also known by political associates as Alaramma, is from Yola South, Adamawa State.
He started his primary school in army command in Jimeta but finished in Musdafa primary school in yola town.
He also started his secondary school in Federal Government College (FGC) wukari but eventually ended up in GSS mubi.
He has a B Sc in Political science from University of Maiduguri and did his NYSC in 2001 in Akwanga, Nasarawa State.
His work experience started with Hududullah Micro Credit Company in Yola in 2006 from the position of an Investment officer. He spent 6 years through the ranks gaining experience in dispensing micro credit services as well as in planning and evaluation; he resigned in 2012 at the post of a Manager.
His core competence is in micro credit financing and poverty alleviation.
He is the managing director (M.D.) of a micro finance institution (mfi) called KOBO. He is also the M.D. of Tuggere systems. The first is into micro credit, project financing and consultancy. The latter is into logistics and outsourcing services.
He is a founder/ board member of Life co-operative society, kobo credit & thrift co-operative society. Both are into lending/loans, thrift activities and entrepreneurship training with a collective group membership of over 4,000 people.
Abdulnasir Umar Hamman,Alaramma, Sardaunan joined politics 2014 when the window for gubernatorial bye-election presented itself in Adamawa State. He became the gubernatorial candidate for Mega Progressive People's Party (MPPP) in 2014 alongside 6 other candidates cleared by INEC ie, Mohammed Jibrilla Bindow, Aminu Hamman-Joda Furo, Aminu Dahiru Waziri, Mohammed Malgwi, Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri and Amos Yusuf Sunday.

He also contested the governorship election in 2015 alongside 13 other candidates including Governor Bindow (APC), Nuhu Ribado(PDP), Dr. Ahmad Modibbo (PDM), Engr. Markus Gundiri(SDP) etc.
In 2016, he and Alh. Aminu Furo (another 2015 gubernatorial candidate) took Gov. Umaru Jibrilla Bindow to an Abuja Federal High court, seeking an order among other things, to nullify the gubernatorial election conducted by INEC on 11th April, 2015, which purportedly returned the 2nd defendant Muhammed Jibrilla Bindow, as elected
