Ahmadu Ali Gulak  Former Special Adviser, Political, to former President Goodluck Jonathan, Bar. Ahmadu Ali Gulak was murdered by rampaging Igbo terrorists at around Umueze Obiangwu in Ngor-Okpala LGA of Imo state on his way to the airport, as reported by the police on Sunday afternoon. The death occurred after Alhaji Gulak had finished a mediation and restoration of peace between disputing factions within the Imo state APC. Consequently, the Centre for Diplomacy and Democracy, Washington DC, USA, undertook a systematic research on the major issues that shaped the 2019 general elections, vis-a-vid actions of political parties and political actors that were capable of heating the polity and its consequences after the polls, with a view to unravelling the mystery behind the sustained security challenges in Nigeria. The findings are mindboggling as it unraveled a whole lot of pointers that indicate that the securi...
