For us today is the beginning of a 14 day sit-at-home order from the President. Already some people are complaining of boredom, the question I ask is, how can one be bored at his own home? You can read, alone or along with your family. You can teach the children how to recite the Holy Qur'an. Engage them in fruitful discussions about their experiences in school and what they know about the Corona virus, and any other disease for that matter. You can exercise alone or together with the family. You can play mind games and spelling contests. Essay writing could also be a marvelous window into studying the minds of children. You can have a good conversation with your parents if they are alive. There are tons of things to do. You can also learn a few skills or new languages online. This isolation order gives us moments to reflect on the trajectory of our lives and career. I hope it gives us answers to so many questions that were hitherto grey areas.
